Two weeks ago we reported that funny man Tracy Morgan was involved a very bad car crash involving a Walmart semi-truck. The crash resulted in the death of his writer and also left Morgan to be in ICU for weeks. He suffered serious injuries including broken bones in his leg and rib cage. It is reported that he has been released from the hospital and will enter rehab for physical therapy. His publicist has released a statement.
“While he is continuing to show signs of improvement, he still has a long way to go. He and [his fiancée] Megan wanted to publicly express their deepest gratitude to everyone at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital for the unbelievable care and attention they provided him.”
We are glad to hear that he is at least making progress. Those weeks in therapy will definitely be hard but he is alive so that should be motivation to keep pushing. As for Kevin Roper, the driver that caused the wreck, he has been charged with vehicular homicide. He has plead not guilty to the charges. Roper was going 65 mph which was 20 miles over the speed limit.
