Kerry Washington is capitalizing off her Olivia Pope role and has decided to design a clothing line based on Pope’s style. The clothing line will be distributed by clothing brand ‘The Limited’. The line will feature pieces that be similar to the Alexander McQueen, Ferragamo, and Prada ensembles that Washington wears on the cult hit ‘Scandal’.
“By creating a line inspired by the show, we are introducing a collection that embodies the elegance and power of the Scandal aesthetic for real-life gladiators and everyday fashionistas. The collection is a nod to our devoted fans, to fans of fashion and to women everywhere who are inspired to boldly pursue their passions and look good while doing it.”
Limited will release 49 tops, jackets, pants and outer wear starting at 49.00. I can only imagine how many women are going to walk around feeling like they are Olivia Pope lol. I must admit, they have her in some very cute clothing throughout the seasons.
