Floyd Mayweather Is Sued For 20 Million By His Kid’s Mother For Lying About Domestic Abuse.

They say when the victory’s happen, the problems show up at the door. Literally the day after the Mayweather vs Pacquiao fight, Floyd was notified that his baby mom’s, Josie Harris, was suing him for a good ole $20 million. She is suing for defamation, negligent infliction of emotional distress and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The lawsuit is apparently the result of an interview that Floyd did with Katie Couric. Katie asked him about the domestic abuse incident that allegedly occurred in 2010. Floyd told her:

“Did I kick, stomp and beat someone? No, that didn’t happen. Did I restrain a woman that was on drugs? Yes, I did. So if they say that’s domestic violence, then, you know what? I’m guilty. I’m guilty of restraining someone.”

Josie says in the court documents that because of these comments, she has been humiliated and labeled  drug addict. She says that he “maliciously lied about his beating” on her and “disclaiming any responsibility for the attack that left Harris with serious injuries,”.

Josie feels that he intentionally made those statements to cause harm to her life, professionally and personally.

Floyd did do 90 days in jail when he turned himself in after Josie filed charges. She says he grabbed her by her hair, punched her and proceeded to drag her on the ground…in front of their children.

Floyd has yet to respond.
