Chris Brown was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon which is a felony charge.
It honestly seems like no matter how hard Chris Brown tries to stay clear of drama, it always seems to pull him back in. A 911 call was made after a white woman named Baylee Curran says Chris pulled a gun on her and threatened her.
According to witnesses, a few of Chris’ friends were inside his home visiting, and Ray J was there getting a tattoo. The majority of the witnesses say Chris was taking a nap, when a few people entered his home, but were not invited. Someone asked the people to leave. One of those people was a white woman who called the police saying Chris Brown had pulled out a gun and threatened her life.
The woman, Baylee Curran, Miss California Regional 2016, says she arrived to Brown’s house with a friend. They were in the hot tub for a while then went back inside the house. She says someone walked in with a piece of jewelry, and they noticed she was admiring it. They asked her to sign a non-disclosure agreement, but she refused. That’s when she says Brown went into a violent rage, and he pointed the gun at her telling her to get out, which caused her to run outside and dial 911. She says she tried to leave but was told she could not get her cell phone until she signed the agreement. Police arrived almost immediately around 3 am Tuesday morning, and attempted to enter Brown’s home. Someone told them they needed to provide a search warrant, which they eventually obtained.
Reports also say that Ray J attempted to leave the home, but cops handcuffed him until he showed ID, but then told him they needed to keep his car for evidence, and made him take an Uber home.

While waiting for the warrant, Chris Brown posted on his Instagram about how he hasn’t done anything wrong.

Chris then posted another video saying the media is blowing the story out of proportion saying he is barricaded in the house.

Cops began searching his home a few hours ago trying to locate the weapon the woman claims to have seen. TMZ claims he threw a duffel bag out the window with guns and drugs saying “come and get me”.
We just received an update that says they are about to arrest Chris Brown. This just sounds so bizarre, from beginning to end. Why would a piece of jewelry prompt someone to bring up a nondisclosure? Also, how did she call 911 if she clams they had her phone? I honestly feel that people are trying to bait Chris so they can get a pay day. He made a very valid point that when he calls the police when his life is endangered they wait to come out and take a statement, but when they heard he was the aggressor, and a white woman was the victim, they did not waste any time to show up.
What was Ray J’s car seized for? The incident did not happen inside the car, and I am sure he did not fit the description of a lighter skinned black male with pressed out hair on the top of his head, so why was he handcuffed?
Chris’ attorney is now on the scene, and authorities are expecting him to surrender. Chris’ friends are already out of the house and have been checked for having weapons. Meanwhile the police are having a news conference at the bottom of his driveway.

Chris has been arrested, meanwhile Baylee Curran whose Instagram page says she is an actress, is doing interviews with TMZ telling her side of the story, however her instagram post contradicts the interview. She went from saying Chris put the gun to her head, to saying he pulled out the gun and told her to leave.
Here Baylee says he put a gun to her head.
But then tells TMZ this.
I am not buying her story.
