Today’s artist spotlight is featuring a New Jersey native that goes by the name Cold Hendrix. At 19 years old, Cold Hendrix is bringing a different vibe into the game. With his new Ep ” Gateway”, he has shown the diversity of a east coast lyricist while connecting with the south through his production. With the help from some up and coming producers out of Atlanta called LAVVD, he was able to create a unique sound that intertwines the two cultures. His biggest influences are Sir Michael Rocks, The Cool Kids, 50 Cent and Detroit’s own Big Sean.

He definitely has the lyrical ability to be make a major label. I like his rapping style, it stands out to me. You can tell he is heavily influenced by Jimi Hendrix.
