Now it looks as if he was whispering VERY close to her face, or kissed her. BUT we can definitely see he rubbed his hands over her breasts.
Now lets go back to the RHOA reunion that just aired last month. Our girl, Porsha Williams called it! She said Peter was cheating on Cynthia all around Atlanta and everywhere else.
