Police say around 2 am this morning, 3 robbers targeted a home knowing it was owned by singer Chris Brown. According to Chris Brown’s mother, she believes it was one of his friends that broke into his new home and held his aunt at gun point.
One of the three men put a gun to her head and locked his aunt in a closet while they robbed the house. They took money, jewelry and personal property before fleeing the house. His aunt was able to call the police, and says she knows that the robbers knew Chris.
Apparently, Chris just purchased a home in San Fernando Valley, so only his friends and family knew he had the home out there. It also took place when Chris was just leaving a pre-Espy’s party he was hosting. So they knew he wouldn’t be there.
His mother Joyce Hawkins, says that it was his ‘no good ass friends’ that robbed him. I know that his mom has been saying his friends were an influence on Chris’ behavior over the years. Chris associates himself with members of the Blood gang. They call themselves “The Fruitz”.
I am glad his aunt was not hurt during the incident.
