Legendary Singer Prince Dead At 57

This a very tragic and sad time for music lovers all around. We have received reports that Prince was found dead earlier Thursday morning at his Paisley Park home.

Investigators and ambulances were called to his home and studio, where he was found. His publicist has confirmed this new with “The Associated Press”.

Prince was just hospitalized after his plane made an emergency landing last week. They say he had been dealing with a bad case of the flu.

Born Prince Rodgers Nelson, he was an undeniable musical genius. From his style, to his music, to his sex appeal, Prince left a mark on the world. Since he debuted his first album in 1978, the self proclaimed ‘Purple Prince’ blessed the musical world with so many hits like “Purple Rain”, “Diamonds & Pearls” and “Raspberry Beret” just to name a few.

Who could forget about the movie “Purple Rain”? The movie’s soundtrack included one of my favorite Prince songs. “When Doves Cry”.

Take a look at one of his performances on his Welcome 2 America tour.

Prince is recognized as one of the greatest musicians of all time, and he will surely be missed. When they do tributes to him at the awards shows, they better do it right.

We will keep you updated as this story develops.
