Wiz Khalifa’s mom is suing his ex-wife Amber Rose for defamation of character after being read for filth during a phone call.
According to reports, Khalifa’s mother Katie Winbush-Polk received a phone call on June 19th from Amber Rose cussing her out. Khalifa’s mom who most people call ‘Peachie’ states that Amber called her phone saying that she was the reason her transgender daughter Dorien died. Dorien passed away on Feb 20th 2017 of Lymphoma. Peachie also says that Amber said that she was unfit to care for her and Wiz’s son Sebastian.
Now apparently what initiated that phone call was a visit from California’s child welfare services to Amber’s home on June 19th….the same day as the alleged phone call.
Khalifa’s mom has since then gotten her attorney to pursue this case, but insists she had nothing to do with a welfare visit to Amber Rose’s home. She says that Amber’s statements are malicious, and can tarnish her name and image in the community. Ms. Winbush-Polk mentors at risk youth, and she feels allegations that are being made can affect her position. She also states the call caused her to be humiliated and suffer severe mental anguish.
Peachie is suing for 50,000 including court costs, interest, punitive and other damages.
