Say it aint so! Actor Martin Lawrence says he doesn’t think we will get a final chapter of Bad Boys 3.
According to reports, the film titled “Bad Boys 3: Bad Boys For Life”, has lost its director and release date. Martin spoke with Entertainment Weekly and said : “I don’t think we’re going to get one, not the way everything’s turning out,” ““Will is off doing another movie, and I don’t think it’s going to happen.”
Last year Will was asked about the filming of Bad Boys 3. He said they were very close on starting to shoot. He also spoke on working with Martin. “I love that dude. That’s among the best times I’ve ever had making movies. So I’m looking forward to it.”
Sony has not released an official statement saying it would be canned or not. Will definitely cannot wait around as he is one of the most highly requested actors in the business, and when money calls….you go secure the bag.
Martin told EW that he is ready to go whenever Sony gives the green light. “I’m there, I’m ready right now,” he laughs. “If they wanted to do it, I’m ready, but I don’t have control of that. That’s the studio’s decision.”
Maybe the fans need to start a petition to make sure it gets done. It seems to work sometimes, that’s how a lot of old shows have gotten revivals.
