Looks like Mike Lowry and Marcus Burnett will be back on movie screens after all.
A few months back we reported that Martin Lawrence said the chances of a Bad Boys 3 movie would be highly unlikely. He said that Sony was pretty much shelving the project, and they also couldn’t find the time that would work for Will Smith, who is currently filming the live action version of Aladdin.
Directors Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah are currently in negotiations but Jerry Bruckheimer will return as producer. This will be the final chapter of the comedic duo, with the film being tentatively named ‘Bad Boys For Life’.
Production will start in August and we couldn’t be more happy about it. This will definitely give a transition to Gabrielle Union’s Bad Boy spin off she landed with NBC. Her role as Sidney Burnett being a DEA agent will be turned into a TV series.
