Well damn! Remember Arkansas Mo from Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta? We reported last year that he had gotten arrested, after authorities determined he was awarded PPP funds that he did not qualify for. He plead guilty to 6 counts, including bank and wire fraud, and has been sentenced to 17 years in prison.
Not only does he have to serve time, he must pay back 4.4 million of the PPP loan he received. He originally cut a deal with the prosecutor for 12.5 years, but the judge decided to add on 5 more. I guess it’s not so bad being that he was facing 30 years huh?
