After stabilizing in a psychiatric hospital, according to an insider, talk show host Wendy Williams is said to be evaluated by medical doctors for weeks. This may delay her already pushed back airing of the new season of “The Wendy Williams Show”.
The insider told The Sun, that instead of the show, Wendy needs help. They said that she is going to be “evaluated for weeks to determine what is going on with her, both mentally and physically.”
The source also went on to reveal that Wendy had been drinking every day leading up to her entering the hospital. They said even while filming the show, Wendy was drinking. The smell of alcohol was obvious according to the show insider, but people are too afraid to say anything. “Everyone is an enabler because they don’t want to lose their job. They see it, they know it, they smelled the liquor.” “She’s an alcoholic. A bad one. She doesn’t need a talk show, she needs help.”
Williams opened up to her audience about her struggles with alcoholism. “I have to tell you, you know, I’ve been dealing with issues with addiction, alcoholism, and I have a whole new life that I planned for myself and my son,” she added.
October 4th is set to be the premiere date, but according to the insider, the fate of the show is in the air but they are hoping for the best.

Her fans went in under the post calling him tasteless, as he posted this right after pictures went viral of Wendy in her robe walking into the hospital.
