Trey Songz has been accused of being a sexual predator…again. A former UNLV basketball player named Dylan Gonzales, accuses the ‘Bottom’s Up’ singer of raping her in Las Vegas.
In December, Gonzales tweeted out that Trey Songz was a rapist and that she could not hold it in any longer.

Now she has taken to her Instagram and made an official statement. She says she is suffering from PTSD because of the r&b singer, and sends love to victims of sexual assault.

Dylan’s legal team, attorneys Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, tell TMZ … they will consider pursuing any and all legal avenues and will take action in the next few weeks, with plans for filing a civil suit. They do not mention anything about filing a police report or criminal charges.
Songz denies all sexual allegations made against him. His rep told TMZ, “Trey and his team are confident in the legal process and that there will be an abundance of exonerating information to come over the next few weeks.”
