According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, the woman is currently under “Jane Doe”, but says she’s a professional choreographer, dancer, model and musical artist. The report says the woman was on FaceTime with a friend, when the singer grabbed the friend’s phone and asked Jane Doe to come to Diddy’s home on Miami’s Star Island.

The report goes on to say she arrived there on December 20th, 2020 and Chris Brown approached her for a drink. She says they headed towards the kitchen on the yacht and Brown gave her a red cup with a mixed drink. They started talking and she says Brown refilled her drink. That’s when she says she began to feel “a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness.”

Jane Doe also says that she felt “disoriented, physically unstable, and started to fall in and out of sleep”. That’s when she says Brown led her into a bedroom while she was “drugged” and “half-asleep.” She says that Chris closed the door and prevented her from leaving, and then he removed bikini bottoms and started to kiss her. She says she mumbled for Chris to stop, but he persisted and raped her.

The woman claims Chris ejaculated inside her, jumped up and announced he was “done.” She says the next day he texted her and told her to take a Plan B, and she complied.

Her  attorneys, Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, tells TMZ their client did not report the alleged rape to cops at the time because was a medical student and was embarrassed. But they insist they are “committed to victims being heard and would urge anyone with information to contact them.”
