Mike Tyson had an unfortunate episode on a Jet Blue flight Wednesday night, after a seemingly drunken fan wouldn’t leave him alone.
Apparently the man and his friend saw Mike when they boarded the plane, spoke to him and took pictures with him. But things went left when the man would not let Mike be. Mike repeatedly asked the man to be quiet, but the man was too hyped up over meeting the boxing legend. Cell phone footage, obtained by TMZ, shows the former heavyweight champion smacking an allegedly over-eager fan seated directly behind him.
The victim’s friend made a video saying, “My boy just got beat up by Mike Tyson,’ said the man shooting the video. ‘Yeah, he got f***ed up. Just trying to ask for an autograph. I don’t know what happened.’

‘Unfortunately, Mr. Tyson had an incident on a flight with an aggressive passenger who began harassing him and threw a water bottle at him while he was in his seat,’ a representative for Tyson told DailyMail.com in an email.
Police also would not confirm the man’s identity, saying only that one of the parties involved was treated for non life threatening injuries, and he ‘provided minimal details of the incident and refused to cooperate further with the police investigation.’
The victim reportedly received medical attention and went to the police over the incident, but there has been no word yet if Tyson is being investigated.
