A lawsuit was filed in California accusing actors/comedians Aries Spears and Tiffany Haddish of molestation and grooming two children.
The lawsuit was filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court, and alleges that the two siblings were 14 and 7 when they participated in sexually suggestive videos in 2013 and 2014.
According to the complaint CNN obtained, Haddish was a long time friend of the children’s mother. The young girl named as Jane Doe in the documents, says in 2013, she was enrolled in a comedy camp where Haddish was a guest speaker. The girl says Haddish drove her to a studio where she was allegedly told that Haddish had the perfect role for her. Jane Doe then says that when she arrived to the studio, Spears showed her a video of “an older man and a college-age woman” eating a sandwich from both ends, while “moaning and making sexual noises as they both ate the sandwich in a manner that simulated the act of fellatio.”
The complaint goes on to say that Spears asked the young girl to mimic what she saw in the video, “including the noises precisely like what she heard throughout the video”. The documents also state, “Plaintiff Jane Doe, nervous and disgusted, didn’t say anything until Haddish came into the room next to her and sat down. Haddish verbally explained what was expected of Plaintiff Jane Doe and then showed Plaintiff Jane Doe how to give fellatio, including movements, noises, moaning, and groaning.”
Although the teen says she was “physically, emotionally, and mentally uncomfortable”, she says she mimicked the acts that Haddish and Spears wanted her to do so she could go home. She says she was paid $100.00 and sent home.
The other part of the complaint alleges that in the summer of 2014, “Haddish offered to book, arrange, and film Mr. Doe content for a Nickelodeon sizzle reel at the home of Spears. Haddish claimed the reel would be used to book Mr. Doe on Nickelodeon.”
“Upon information and belief, Haddish and Spears removed the 7-year-old victim from his sister, placed him upstairs in a bedroom, and stripped the child down to his underwear,” according to the suit. “The video was entitled ‘Through A Pedophiles Eyes’ and shows Spears lusting over the 7-year-old child” and rubbing his back.
Per the complaint, Haddish was there for the entire filming. Photo evidence is also said to have been submitted.
Jane Doe is now 22, and the legal guardian of John Doe who is now 15. According to Haddish’s lawyer, he says no attorney will take on the case, so the mother of the alleged victims had Jane Doe represent herself and her brother.
“Every attorney who has initially taken on her case — and there were several — ultimately dropped the matter once it became clear that the claims were meritless and Ms. Haddish would not be shaken down,” the statement read from Haddish’s lawyer, adding that “the two of them will together face the consequences of pursuing this frivolous action.”
Aries Spears’ lawyer also released a statement saying, “He isn’t going to fall for any shakedown”

WebCelebDaily has learned that the skit with the 7 year old has resurfaced on YouTube, showing Aries Spears character being attracted to the young boy, putting oil on him and even getting in the tub with the minor. At the end of the video it shows the same boy in turn being attracted to Spears’ character.
