Florida rapper Spotemgotem known for his hit 2020 single “Beat Box”, was shot during a drive by shooting in Miami, FL on September 17th. According to Florida Highway Patrol, the 19 year old rapper was riding in the passenger seat of a Dodge Charger on I-95, when another vehicle pulled up beside them and opened fire. The vehicle was shot over 20 times.
Spotemgotem whose real name is Nehemiah Lamar Harden, was shot reportedly 5 times. There was also passenger in the back that sustained gunshot wounds to both legs. Both men were taken to the hospital and are in stable condition. Hardens Lawyer, Raven Liberty, told the Miami Herald after Harden came out of surgery, “He is alive, most importantly… This was not a shoot-out. He was a victim of a drive-by shooting.”
Reports are saying this is a possible road rage case. Police have no info on the driver that shot them. We will keep you updated.
